How to say “mdashx”?

This domain would be more accurate if it were “MetaX”, but I just didn’t feel like “me” “tax” was a great domain name. Or it could’ve been “meta-x”, but I wasn’t eager to have a hyphen in the name. And anyway the whole thing just reminds me too much of “Experts Exchange” (figure it out if you don’t know the joke already).

So “MDashX” is pronounced “M” “dash” “X”, which is what Meta-x looks like rendered on the screen as “M-x”.

My computer doesn’t have a meta key, but the Space-cadet keyboard had one, you can see a picture of it here: Wait, what?.
