Staring At The Wall
Staring at the wall is a good meditation practice.
Pick a spot on the wall, stand in front of it in a comfortable position, set a timer for 5 or 10 minutes, and then stand as still as possible, only look at the post on the wall, and don’t move your mind at all. If you have to think, think about the spot on the wall.
When I’m out of concentration practice, doing this is a great way to observe the tension that comes from resisting renunciation.
