Of course I'm a believer in deliberate practice and repetition. I understand the draw of code katas, even if the presentation is often corny, and I completely believe that every single repetition of paddling a surfboard with concentration and intention is making me a better surfer. And when I was a serious guitarist, I practiced scales enthusiastically. I've even spent plenty of time slowly throwing a single juggling ball in a perfect arc from one hand to the other.
So I like skill acquisition and I like practice. And one of the major skill sets I'm working on acquiring is entrepreneurship: moving resources from low-productivity deployments to higher productivity deployments. Also, management and sales. What drills can I practice to improve these skills?
